Another Telstar Converting Application Goes to Work

This 22” wide UV Flexo Station will be inserted into a custom converting line to provide spot and flood coats of LED cured products. The repeat range is from 8” to 28” with speeds to 500 FPM.

This Unwind Delivers Closed-Loop Tension for Quality Control     

Our Telstar Unwind is custom engineered for rail mounting to supply thin-film laminates to a wet-lam process. Tensions as low as 4 pounds total will be automatically maintained from OD to core.
