With our Loop-Over Turn Bar, you can create instantly redeemable coupons or place one web on top of another. The unit can be independently mounted or clamped into a press die station. Our system allows web printing of two prime labels side by side with one being de-laminated, looped over, and placed on top of the other within coupon tolerance. Rotational adjustment plus our unique adjustable clamshell design for final placement of one web upon the other makes the Telstar Turnbar a valuable retrofit opportunity at an affordable price for any new or existing press.

Our Air-Assisted Half-Turn Bars offer an ideal way to introduce a second web to a printing or converting operation. With your Telstar Air-Assisted Turn-Bar Assembly the air bars can be the conventional style with air bleed holes, or the patented DMS “Web-On-Air” Whisper-Quiet bars shown here. The base mount features lateral adjustment of plus / minus .75 inches from the centered position.
