Our Servo Drive’s Auto Registration assures tight registration while the Auto-Level Ink Pump manages ink delivery to the screen during production. Telstar Puts Its Hot Stamp on Any Press

No flexo colors are sacrificed due to the Telstar Bridge Mounting of our Interprint Die Station on this MA-2200 press. Die Frames match the parent machine dimensions and all press tooling interchanges. The Telstar Servo Drive features Auto and Re-Register and the Digital Touch-Screen Control unit has Recipes for Steel, Brass and Magnetic Dies. Diagnostics, switchable language, and F/C degrees, are available on the touch screen. Speed of change-over times has been engineered into the system with a Threaded Electrical Connector and Quick-Disconnect Pneumatic fittings. Reduce Your Tension with Telstar Closed-Loop Tension Control

Precise web tension control is always critical and Telstar’s self-contained Closed-Loop Tension Unwind Unit is the master of the task. This Nilpeter press installation supplies thin film laminates and secondary webs for ultra-accurate tension set points as low as 4# and lateral adjustment of +/- .50” from the centered position. It unwinds in either direction with the web leaving right or left.
