A lot has happened in 2020! As we continue to adjust our lives around COVID-19, we are answering to the need for home designs that keep homeowners healthy and safe. From touchless fixtures and smart appliances to home office designs that promote productivity, we are actively pursuing wellness as the goal of our designs.
We are all more in touch with our own health than ever before. And, shifts in our lifestyles have prompted the need for home remodeling that is comfortable, functional, and even relaxing. MainStreet is moving into a new “home” ourselves with an irreplaceable team who continues to make us proud and keeps us on the cutting edge of remodeling innovation (see details below).
We see 2021 as a year representative of hope and possibility. If you are ready to explore creative possibilities in your home, we hope that you will turn to us for planning and guidance—we’d love to help you remodel a home you’ll love!
With all the blessings of a New Year ahead, we wish you an abundance of love and joy!

We’ve Moved to a New Office Location, Effective January 11th
Among the many challenges in 2020 we also experienced a flood in our office. Can you believe it? Although we were devastated, it preempted a move to a new location above ground in the same building (Suite 11L to Suite 21U). Following the silver linings, we are thrilled to be in a new location that offers more space to accommodate our growing, irreplaceable team.
On January 11th we will be getting set up in our new office. While our contact information remains the same, our phones and computers will be down during the move. If you have any questions or concerns, please email LaToya at latoya@mainstreetdesignbuild.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience. We are looking forward to starting out the new year in a beautiful new space that gives us plenty of room to grow.
Modest Budget or Not, You Can Still Enjoy a Luxury Remodeling Experience
A common misconception among budget-conscious homeowners is that a full-service luxury-operated firm is out of reach. But the paradox of luxury with affordability is closer than you think.
The definition of “luxury” is an experience that is “extremely comfortable, elegant, or enjoyable.” By focusing on personal care, accountability, timeless design, and exacting attention to detail, an ideal renovation partner can ensure that both the final design-build product and the entire end-to-end customer experience are not only luxurious but eminently affordable.
