A Message to Our Readers

Dear Readers,

We are still working to get our website corrected and want to apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the recent technical issues affecting our ability to provide the current news updates, announcements, press releases, and information you rely on from the South Florida healthcare community.

As a result of these website-related issues, some of the latest news and updates have been delayed from appearing as scheduled in the South Florida Hospital News & Healthcare Report E-Newsletters, including The Weekly Report and The Weekly Pulse.

Please know that we understand how important it is for our readers to stay informed about the people, organizations, hospitals, healthcare providers, and developments shaping South Florida’s healthcare community. Our team is working with our technical providers to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, and we are hopeful that everything will be back up and running within the next few days.

Once the issues have been resolved, we will work to ensure that delayed news and updates are posted and shared with our readership.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, support, and understanding as we work through this unexpected interruption. Sometimes even the best systems need a little medical attention!

Thank you for being a valued reader of South Florida Hospital News & Healthcare Report, The Weekly Report, and The Weekly Pulse. We look forward to bringing you the latest news and information from South Florida’s healthcare community again very soon.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Why Your Organization Should Advertise in the Mental & Behavioral Health Guide

Mental and behavioral health has never been more important, and healthcare professionals are actively seeking trusted resources to connect patients with quality care. The new Mental & Behavioral Health Guide, featured in the OCTOBER 2026 issue of South Florida Hospital News & Healthcare Report, offers your organization a unique opportunity to stand out as a recognized leader in behavioral health, addiction treatment, counseling, recovery services, and community support.

Your advertisement will reach more than 75,000 healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital executives, nurses, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and referral coordinators throughout South Florida. This targeted audience makes critical referral decisions every day, providing your organization with valuable exposure to the professionals who influence patient care.

Unlike traditional advertising, your message will appear in a specialized resource designed to be referenced long after publication. The guide will also remain available online through December 2026, extending your visibility and providing a direct link to your website for additional engagement.

For only $499, your organization receives a professionally presented ad, company profile, logo, and contact information in one of the region's most trusted healthcare publications.

Position your organization where healthcare professionals turn for reliable mental and behavioral health resources. Reserve your space today and demonstrate your commitment to improving lives while growing your referral network and strengthening your presence throughout South Florida's healthcare community.

An Evening of Hope Celebrating 25 Years of Compassion and Saving Lives

For 25 years, A Safe Haven for Newborns has stood as a beacon of hope for mothers in crisis and a lifeline for vulnerable newborns. What began as Nick’s deeply personal journey to heal a broken heart and honor the memory of his beloved wife, Gloria, following her tragic passing, has grown into an internationally recognized organization dedicated to preventing infant abandonment and providing support, counseling, and critical resources to women facing the overwhelming reality of an unplanned pregnancy. From its beginnings, the mission has been rooted in compassion, dignity, and love — offering hope, protection, and a path forward during life’s most difficult moments.
