The long awaited sunsetting of Act! Connect Link finally happened on July 1st, and now those Act! Premium users who were still relying on it to host their own API must look for other options.

ACT! PREMIUM CLOUD UPDATES

Early June to early July 2025

Updates Version 25_9 through 25_11 introduces a number of key enhancements and fixes aimed at improving overall performance and usability.

• Added the ability to import Companies
• faster history exports and introduces advanced sorting capabilities for both Contacts and Opportunities.
• Made improvements to the readability of the Calendar UI
• Replaced the lookup feature with a more advanced one-click lookup drawer that no longer uses modals
• Project Management was added to Act! Advantage
• Mobile users also got a new type-ahead search feature for ID and Status fields, along with Business Card scanning.
