Partnership Will Introduce New Oral Dissolvable Strips to Cannabist New Jersey Locations
December 14, 2023– The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. (NEO: CBST) (OTCQX: CBSTF) (FSE: 3LP) (“The Cannabist Company” or the “Company”), one of the largest and most experienced cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers of cannabis products in the U.S., announced the expansion of its collaboration with the minority-owned baked goods and infused edibles company, ButACake, to New Jersey. Expansion into additional markets is slated for 2024 pending regulatory approval. ButACake’s newly developed oral dissolvable strips will be available at Cannabist locations in Deptford and Vineland, as well as other dispensaries across the state starting today.
The expansion of the collaboration beyond Delaware features the launch of ButACake’s new ginger peach oral dissolvable strip, which is the culmination of years of dedicated work and refinement. The ginger peach dissolvable strip package includes two individually wrapped strips and is vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Each individual strip contains 10mg of THC and is perfect for customers looking for an easy and discrete experience. Through the collaboration, the strips will be infused with The Cannabist Company’s premium oil and will be manufactured at its New Jersey facility.

AYR CANNABIS DISPENSARY ANNOUNCES OPENING OF TWO NEW DISPENSARIES IN FLORIDA
December 19, 2023 — AYR Cannabis Dispensary, a cannabis retail chain owned by AYR Wellness Inc. TORONTO, December 15, 2023 (– Red White & Bloom Brands Inc. (CSE: RWB and OTC: RWBYF) (“RWB” or the “Company”) is providing an update on matters relating to Aleafia Health Inc. (“Aleafia Health”).
Following receipt of the approval and reverse vesting order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) on October 31, 2023, RWB has continued to work with Aleafia Health and certain of Aleafia Health’s subsidiaries to implement the transactions contemplated by the previously announced stalking horse asset purchase and share subscription agreement, as amended and restated on October 24, 2023 (the “Amended Stalking Horse Agreement”) among RWB, Aleafia Health and certain of Aleafia Health’s subsidiaries.
RWB remains committed to completing the transactions as soon as possible. Join clinician Shari B. Kaplan, LCSW for a two- day CME accredited workshop providing an in-depth approach to best practices for integrative mental health. Kaplan will educate on her integrative approach from assessments, treatment plans and process. She begins with a thorough psychosocial assessment (this includes Bio-psychosocial assessment, family attachments/dynamics, medical history, spiritual beliefs, exercise, nutrition, relationships, strengths/deficits) to have an in depth understanding of patient, prepare for treatment and create treatment goals.
She will share when and how to use plant medicine and cannabis as natural approaches in treatment both with and without conventional medicine. Kaplan will demonstrate techniques for applying focused work using modalities like EMDR, IFS, ego state work, CBT and Functional Spirituality. (EMDR & IFS are demonstrated in how they are applied).
Attendees will learn strategies in the 'process phase' on teaching self-regulation, behavior change skills to assist patients in their daily lives and how to interweave movement & music. Kaplan will additionally explore ways to leverage microdosing of cannabis and other plant medicine, alongside with lifestyle changes, and adjunctive therapies (nutrition, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, acupuncture/body work) to maintain therapeutic momentum during and outside of treatment, assisting patients in improving the quality of their lives. This dynamic workshop provides clinicians with an integrative mental health approach to treatment. Both with and without psychedelic assisted therapy.
