Since early summer, Act! has been on a mission to reinvent the lookup experience in Act! Premium Cloud (APC). What started as bold, disruptive changes has evolved into a polished, powerful feature set that not only matches the desktop experience—but in some ways surpasses it. The latest update, released in early November, marks a turning point: Cloud lookups are now faster, smarter, and more intuitive than ever before and finally include the right-click lookup feature within fields from the Detail view—a favorite lookup style amongst desktop users of Act!. |

ACT! PREMIUM CLOUD TO INTRODUCE |
New Enhanced Mail Merge Capability in early December |
Act! Premium Cloud will introduce a redesigned and fully compatible mail merge system in early December, eliminating the limitations of the old Basic Authentication model and enabling use with all email account types. Included in APC25_22, the update delivers a modern interface, expanded capabilities, and a fast converter for legacy Word templates, making migration seamless. The same technology is now part of Act! Premium v27, unifying Web and Desktop with a shared template editor, centralized online storage, and support for Office 365, Gmail, and SMTP. It also enhances both one-to-one and one-to-many email workflows, with more improvements planned for future releases.

ACT! PREMIUM CLOUD ENHANCEMENTS |
Users can now enjoy several usability enhancements across Act! Premium Cloud. - Users can now right-click to copy field values directly from the Contacts and Opportunities lists.
- Users can now right-click on any form field on the Company, Contact, Group, or Opportunity detail pages to view a context menu with options such as Cut, Copy, Paste, and Lookup This Field Name.

Users with a large number of records in a list can now display up to 500 records per page.
- The footer section on every page has been modified for better clarity and readability.
- Added a "Today" option to the date picker for custom date fields on entity detail pages (e.g., Contacts, Groups, Opportunities).
