Why Weedgets Smoking Products Are Better for Your Lungs When it comes to smoking, your lungs deserve protection—and that’s exactly what Weedgets products are designed to deliver. Unlike traditional pipes or joints that expose you to hot smoke and harsh particulates, Weedgets offers a cleaner, smoother, and safer smoking experience engineered for your respiratory health.
Advanced Filtration for Cleaner Smoke
At the heart of every Weedgets innovation is filtration technology. Weedgets pipes and accessories feature integrated micro-filters that trap impurities and resin particles before they reach your lungs. This significantly reduces exposure to tar, ash, and other combustion byproducts that can irritate your airways and cause coughing. The result is a noticeably cleaner inhale that feels light yet delivers full flavor and potency.
Cooling the Smoke to Protect Your Airways
One of the biggest threats to lung comfort is the temperature of the smoke itself. Hot, unfiltered smoke can inflame the delicate tissue lining your respiratory tract. Weedgets addresses this with cooling pathways and diffusion systems that lower smoke temperature before it enters your mouth. By cooling each puff, these devices minimize throat burn and lung irritation, letting you enjoy a smoother and more comfortable session.
Designed for Moisture Retention and Hydration
Traditional smoking dries out your throat and lungs, often leading to post-session irritation. Weedgets’ designs—including the award-winning MAZE-X pipe—use moisture-preserving features that maintain a more balanced humidity level in each draw. This helps reduce dryness and supports the lungs’ natural ability to stay hydrated and clear.
Less Coughing, More Breathing Comfort Many users notice that Weedgets devices help them cough less and breathe more comfortably. That’s because the filtered and cooled smoke allows for deeper, more natural inhales without the harsh hit. Whether you’re a daily smoker or someone who values occasional sessions, Weedgets technology helps you enjoy the benefits of cannabis while protecting your respiratory wellness. Sustainable and Hygienic Design
Weedgets products are built for cleanability and reusability, unlike disposable filters or cheap pipes that accumulate residue and bacteria. Each component can be easily cleaned, ensuring a fresh and sanitary smoking experience every time. This not only supports better lung health but also contributes to a cleaner environment. Science-Driven Innovation Developed by engineers and health-conscious designers, Weedgets represents the future of responsible smoking. Every product is tested and refined to reduce the harmful effects of smoke inhalation while preserving the full sensory and therapeutic experience of cannabis.
In summary: Weedgets isn’t just about better smoking—it’s about smarter smoking. By filtering, cooling, and cleaning each puff, Weedgets protects your lungs so you can enjoy cannabis safely, comfortably, and consciously.

The Cannabist Company Enters Into Forbearance Agreement With Senior Secured Noteholders
Jan. 30, 2026– The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. (Cboe CA: CBST) (OTCQB: CBSTF) (“The Cannabist Company” or “the Company”), one of the most experienced cultivators, manufacturers and retailers of cannabis products in the United States, today announced that it has entered into a forbearance agreement (the “Forbearance Agreement”), with an ad hoc group of noteholders (the “Forbearing Noteholders”) of the Company’s 9.25% Senior Secured Notes due December 31, 2028 (the “9.25% Senior Secured Notes”) and the 9.00% Senior Secured Convertible Notes due December 31, 2028 (the “9.00% Senior Secured Convertible Notes” and together with the 9.25% Senior Secured Notes, the “Notes”). The Forbearing Noteholders collectively hold more than 75% of the aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding.
On December 31, 2025, the Company elected not to make the interest payments due on the Notes (the “December 31 Interest Payments”) under the amended and restated indenture, as supplemented, governing the Notes (the “Indenture”) to enhance its short-term financial flexibility and preserve liquidity as it continues to evaluate strategic alternatives following the recent announcement of the sale of its Virginia assets to an affiliate of Millstreet Credit Fund LP. The failure to make the December 31 Interest Payments on the due date did not constitute an event of default under the Indenture. However, the non-payment of the December 31 Interest Payments during the 30-day grace period under the Indenture constitutes an event of default.

Planet 13 Launches New Rewards Program, Offering Customers Up to 6x Points on Every Purchase
Revamped loyalty program features four tiers, cash-like redemption, and exclusive VIP experiences
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 02, 2026 — Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (OTCQX: PLNH) (“Planet 13” or the “Company”), a leading vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis company, today announced the launch of Planet 13 Rewards, a redesigned loyalty program that lets customers earn points on every purchase and redeem them like cash at checkout.
The program features three tiers—Insider, Prestige, and VIP—with earning rates that increase based on annual spend. All members start at the Insider tier, earning 2 points per dollar spent. As customers reach higher spend thresholds, they automatically unlock faster earning rates up to 6 points per dollar at the VIP level.
“We designed Planet 13 Rewards to be straightforward and genuinely rewarding,” said Larry Scheffler, Co-CEO of Planet 13. “There are no complicated rules. You earn points, you spend them like cash. The more you shop with us, the faster those rewards add up.”
Program Highlights:
Points convert directly to dollars at checkout, with 500 points worth $5 off and no limits on quantity of points redeemed per transaction. Members also receive a *free (*penny) item for their birthday, valid for 30 days. Points remain active as long as members make a purchase within any six-month period.
Tier placement is determined by calendar-year spending and takes effect each February 1. However, customers who reach a higher spend threshold during the year receive an immediate upgrade. Downgrades may only occur at the annual reset, protecting members’ status throughout the year.

Viridian Capital Chart of the Week: Does the Lack of Trading Liquidity Inhibit Capital Inflows to Cannabis? |
The Viridian Chart of the Week shows the average daily dollar trading volume for twelve of the largest U.S. MSOs and five of the largest Canadian LPs over the last 180 days, the approximate time frame since Trump announced he would have a rescheduling answer in the next “several weeks.”
The blue bars represent volume on Canadian exchanges, while the orange bars represent volume on U.S. exchanges. The group’s average total dollar trading volume is up 53% to $28.5M for the six months ended 1/23/26, compared to the same period in the previous year.
The green line on the chart shows the market cap divided by the average daily dollar volume, or the number of days it would take to trade the company’s market cap (DTTMC). This measure puts trading volume on a common scale that normalizes for the significant differences in scale between the companies.
The largest dollar volume U.S. traders, Green Thumb (GTII: CSE)(GTBIF: OTCQX), Curaleaf (CURLF: OTCQX)(CURA: TSX), and Trulieve (TRUL: CSE)(TCNNF: OTCQX), traded between $7M and $8M per day, similar to the lowest volume Canadian traders Cronos (CRON: Nasdaq)(CRON: TSX) and SNDL (SNDL: Nasdaq)(SNDL: OTCQX). However, Green Thumb, Curaleaf, and Trulieve would require 301, 345, and 225 days, respectively, to trade their market caps, whereas Cronos and SNDL would require only 147 and 58 days, respectively.
Why does trading liquidity matter for capital formation?
Imagine you are an investor with a 5% position in a U.S. company like Green Thumb with 301 days to trade the market cap, and you want to trade out of your position. Assuming you wanted to keep your trading to less than 25% of the average daily volume so as not to pressure the market, it would take you 60 days to trade out of your position. The same 5% position in Canopy Growth would only take two days to trade out of. Most of the U.S. companies on the graph are better investments in our view than Canopy Growth; however, the tremendous illiquidity of these stocks would have to give us pause.
Trading liquidity inhibits capital formation because institutional investors do not want to be locked into their investments, unable to trade or exit. Significantly increased liquidity through up-listing to senior exchanges would attract incremental institutional investment that would not otherwise come into cannabis.
We think the completion of rescheduling will be tremendously positive for the industry, not only for better tax treatment, but also because legitimizing the medical uses of cannabis will help advance the next key regulatory reform measure, the SAFER Act. The SAFER Act would eventually lead to up-listing possibilities as banks become emboldened to custody stocks and trading liquidity rises to the point that Nasdaq notices. The two key measures of rescheduling and SAFER will together allow new institutional capital into cannabis. |
