HTHU: Board Approved Education Provider in Florida, Expands CEU Offerings |
HomeTown Health University, www.hthu.net, continues its commitment to provide continuing education in various live and online formats that is high quality, current, effective, and applicable for its intended audience. In an effort to further support the professional development of healthcare staff and support board and/or state education requirements for licensed professionals, HTHU continues to expand its reach as a board-recognized or board-approved education provider. In the last month, HTHU has become an approved provider for the Florida Board of Nursing and Michigan Board of Nursing.
HTHU is also a registered provider with several other state boards, including the state of Georgia. As a CEBroker participating education provider, HTHU can submit CEU hours on behalf of licensed learners who have completed courses on lms.hthu.net or live event attendees that offer IACET CEUs/contact hours through the CEBroker platform. See a full list of CEUs offered from HTHU at https://hthu.net/ceu. Learners who want their education submitted to their board must have a license number on their account and should notify the HTHU team as they complete their education.

Dept. of Community Health Seeks Pictures for New Office |
If you would like to submit images for consideration, please reach out to DCH project manager Alexandria Turner as soon as possible at Alexandria.turner@dch.ga.gov with your name, facility/organization name, phone number and email address to receive setup info for the MoveIt file transfer service. Images are due no later than Tuesday, June 6. When selecting images to submit, please keep in mind:
DCH is looking for outside-building façade shots that include facility signage/branding. Consider submissions with creative angles and interesting points of view. Blurred, obstructed views can’t be used. · Images must be property of the facility. · Consider submitting a mix of both horizontal and vertical images.
· Images should be high-quality, high-resolution at around 1600x1200 dpi or higher (think upward of 5473x3648 dpi) since these could be very large wall canvases, and we want to avoid images becoming pixelated. But if you send what you have, they’ll see if it could work. The more, the merrier.
If you have any questions, please contact David Graves, DCH Director of Communications, at 770-851-9720 or david.graves@dch.ga.gov. |
